Honduras Rosewood Burl Legend L-15

Honduras rosewood burl is one of the most amazing woods with brilliant luster. Swirling grain and tiny knots known as eyes are the hallmark of this exotic material.  On this particular pen, I used a piece of wood at the junction of the heartwood and sapwood. The light pail yellow area comes from the outer sapwood, which carries the nutrients up and down the tree. The older denser wood is dark reddish brown and is known as heartwood.  To accentuate the grain, I used a high-gloss acrylic finish. this is the actual pen you will receive.

The section is made of ebonite, and It will come with a Jowo #6, stainless steel nib in the point size of your choice. It will also come outfitted with an international converter cartridge. Should you select the rollerball option, a Schmidt 888 refill will be included.
