Black Ash Burl L-15

Black ash burl typically grows in swampy areas in the north, eastern United States and Canada.  Unfortunately, the trees are being ravaged by infestations of the Emerald Ash Bore, and it is expected that up to 90% of the trees will die in the near future. The burls are considered valuable enough to salvage, and their beauty requires no elaboration beyond a photograph.

The section is made of ebonite, and It will come with a Jowo #6, stainless steel nib in the point size of your choice. It will also come outfitted with an international converter cartridge. Should you select the rollerball option, a Schmidt 888 refill will be included.
